Dear Valued Customer:
THANK YOU for your continued patronage and for recommending HART ALARM SYSTEMS whenever the subject of security is brought up in conversation. There are basically just two sources of new customers, people who know us and people who dont know us yet. A referral from a satisfied customer is a big first step. Over the years your referrals have been a big factor in our growth. We appreciate your efforts.
For the past several months we have been asking you to call us if you are considering doing away with your traditional "hard-wired" telephone service and just having wireless cellular service, or cable phone service (VoIP). There are additional items of hardware required in order to continue to monitor your alarm system.
In addition to not working during a power or broadband service outage, VoIP technology may not allow alarm system monitoring, and their 911 Emergency dialing operates differently from traditional 911 service. It will be interesting to see how they overcome the lack of a Directory and the ability to determine a subscribers phone number. Our concern obviously is to be able to provide monitoring for your alarm system, so PLEASE give us a call before you cancel your existing phone service.
It is time for our annual Spring reminder regarding security. Use your system any time the premises are empty, even if just to work in the yard. There are opportunists out there just waiting for a chance to quickly get in and out. It only takes a short time for them to take a lifetimes worth of your best memories. And, if you will be vacationing away from home this summer, now is a good time to test your system if you havent been using it on a regular basis. Dont wait until the family is in the car waiting to leave and you discover that you have a question about the alarm system.
I will offer our annual advice regarding remodeling projects next month. As I have often said, "think about what you want to do long enough, and the urge to do it will leave" so you can get back to life in the slow lane.
We now have the ability to email your invoice. Please provide us with the email address you would like your invoice sent to. You can write it on the payment stub or email us at info@hartalarm.com.
