Hart Alarm

Dear Valued Customer:

THANK YOU for your continued patronage and for recommending HART ALARM SYSTEMS to your family, friends and neighbors whenever the subject of security is brought up. Basically, there are two sources of new clients and customers; people who know us and those whom we are yet to meet. A referral from a satisfied customer is a big first step. Such referrals have fueled our continued growth over the past 31+ years.

The most common misconception about alarm systems is that there have to be a lot of wires showing if the home has not been pre-wired during construction. Another is that it is messy and disruptive. Our installers are experienced at concealing everything but a surface mounted contact. We continue to hear new subscribers comment that "if we had know how neatly and quickly the work was done, we would have had the system installed long ago". If you know anyone hesitating out of such concerns, have them call the office to have Ken or Steve come out for a security survey and explain how the job would be done.

We have been asked by a number of our subscribers to set up a system to bill via the Internet. In order to do so we must have your e-mail address. Please write your preferred e-mail address on the face of your invoice stub before you return it to us with your payment

.

Warm weather brings on the thunderstorms, and Mother Nature is not too selective at times. We have products which will protect computers, telephones, TVs and other appliances from power surges caused by lightning, abnormal power demands, etc. While your homeowner insurance may pay for repairs or replacement, you will still have to do without their use for some period of time. Also, you should check the area around the alarm control panel to be sure you have a key for the panel to get at the power cut-off switch. If you have been thinking about doing something about it but haven’t quite gotten around to it, just call the office.

Here is an important tip. If you have not been using your system on a regular basis and are planning to go away on vacation, please test it ahead of time to be sure it is in working order. Our maintenance agreements are designed to keep your system in good working order at a minimum cost to you. These agreements include a system inspection which assures you the system is still doing the job it was designed to do.
